FAQs

What coffee certifications do you have and what do they mean?

We work with multiple certifying bodies for both our coffee and facilities. Read more.

Why do you only roast Arabica coffee?

Experts agree it’s the highest quality in the world, with a sweet taste and intense aroma. Robusta coffees grow at lower elevations and taste bitter, woody, and lack the aroma of arabica coffee. Robusta is often lower quality and used for producing many instant coffees.

Is your coffee available in the U.S?

OneCoffee is available in the US at Amazon.com

Some municipalities across Canada have soft plastics recycling programs. Check locally to see if there is a program where you live.

How much caffeine is in your coffee?

Roughly 100-120mg in an 8-ounce cup.

How can I best store my coffee?

The best way to keep ground coffee or whole beans fresh is to store the coffee in an opaque, airtight container. It should be away from light, heat, and moisture.
