Why do you only roast Arabica coffee?
Experts agree it’s the highest quality in the world, with a sweet taste and intense aroma. Robusta coffees grow at lower elevations and taste bitter, woody, and lack the aroma of arabica coffee. Robusta is often lower quality and used for producing many instant coffees.

What is your return policy?
Product Returns are accepted on Canterbury Coffee products for any quality issues that may occur, providing you report to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of order. All product returns must be pre authorized by an Authorized Customer Service team member. The returned products must be in saleable condition, and in original undamaged packaging. Some exclusions may apply.
Where is Canterbury coffee located?

Where is the roasted date or best before (BB) date on your bags?
You can find our Best Before date on the side or the bottom of your bag of coffee.
Are your bags recyclable?
Some municipalities across Canada have soft plastics recycling programs. Check locally to see if there is a program where you live.
How much caffeine is in your coffee?
Roughly 100-120mg in an 8-ounce cup.
How can I best store my coffee?
The best way to keep ground coffee or whole beans fresh is to store the coffee in an opaque, airtight container. It should be away from light, heat, and moisture.
