NotMilk Barista foams like a dream, creating dense and airy micro-bubbles and, with its creamy texture, compliments the flavours of coffee beautifully.
For those with dietary restrictions, NotMilk Barista is an optimal solution. Not only is NotMilk Barista dairy-free, it’s also free of the top 9 allergens, including gluten, soy, and nuts. And, for those who like to keep a close eye on their calorie intake, it’s a low-calorie option with a mere 70 calories per 250 ml serving.
To mark the arrival of NotMilk Barista, Canterbury Coffee hosted a launch party on October 16th, 2023, right at their head office in Burnaby, BC.
The event was fully plant-based, from the delectable NotBurgers to tantalizing desserts (made from NotMilk Barista) and, of course, the drinks. Attendees had the opportunity to sample NotMilk in various drink concoctions and were encouraged to put its frothing prowess to the test at Canterbury’s coffee bar.
Mastering the art of foaming plant-based milks can be tricky; however, staff and customers alike were astounded by NotMilk’s seamless foaming capabilities.
Everyone who tried NotMilk Barista at the launch party became an instant fan and couldn’t wait to add it to their drink offerings.
